An odd box that doesn’t have any information or markings as to what company made it. The Spook Town brand is a good indicator that it’s Ben Cooper and a photo in a 1964 marketing brochure (link) confirms this.

There are two versions of the design printed on both coated white and uncoated boxes with yellow or orange backgrounds

The cat in the window is missing its tail in some printings.
