Box for the company’s licensed DC Comics character costumes.
One of the first boxes to use the Super Hero trademark.
Design Notes:
The illustration of Superman is based on the 1970 DC Comics logo which was drawn by Murphy Anderson. I haven’t found the origin of the Batman illustration yet.
Both illustrations were also used for the side panels of the Tiny Tot Super Hero box.
Typefaces: Helvetica Condensed (“costume and mask”).
